2. Information we collect

When you submit the demo request form we collect: school name, your name, your role, email address, phone number, city, school type, approximate number of students, the modules you are interested in, and any message you write.

When you submit the contact form we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message.

For security we also store a hashed (irreversible) form of your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page you submitted from, and the time of submission. We do not store your raw IP address.

3. Why we use it

To contact you about the demo you requested or to answer your message, to prepare a proposal for your school, and to protect the website against abuse and automated submissions. We do not use your details for marketing to third parties and we do not sell them.

4. Legal basis and consent

We process your details on the basis of the consent you give when ticking the consent box on the form, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and protecting the website.

5. Where the data is stored

Submissions are stored in a database operated by Schola Egypt on our hosting provider's servers, and a notification email is sent to our sales or information mailbox. Access is limited to Schola staff who handle enquiries.

6. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept for up to 24 months from the submission date, then the personal fields are removed. If we enter into an agreement with your school, the details are kept for the duration of the relationship as part of our records.

7. Cookies and analytics

The website uses only technically necessary cookies: an anti-forgery token that protects the forms and, if you change the motion setting, a local browser preference. No advertising or third-party analytics cookies are set.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the details you submitted, or withdraw your consent, by writing to sales@scholaegypt.com. We respond within 30 days.

9. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against forgery and automated abuse, and access to stored submissions is restricted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
